Payment
Orders can be placed online using your credit card or PayPal.
We also accept orders via phone-calls, email, or using our contact form. Should you decide to order using these methods, please remember to include the card reference number, your telephone number, and your address.
We will contact you to collect payment details.
Payment can be made by credit card or cheque.
Full payment is required when placing an order.
Delivery
Cards ordered before 3pm will be posted by the next working day via first class mail. Customers should be aware that actual delivery times will depend on the service provided by the Royal Mail. During Postal Disruptions, Bank Holidays and the Christamas/New Year period, customers should allow plenty of extra time for their order to arrive, so that they receive it in plenty of time.
In the case of orders with a value in excess of £15, the items are sent “Recorded Delivery.” A signature would therefore be required on arrival.
Postage
Postage is free, whatever the size of the order. All cards are sealed in cellophane before postage, ensuring they reach you in mint condition. At present, we do not supply our cards to overseas customers.
Refunds and Returns
All our cards are packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if a customer is unhappy with the condtition of their purchase, they should contact the company immediately to arrange a refund or a replacement with a similar item. As the cards are bespoke and sold in limited quantities, an exact replacement is unlikely to be available and so a card of the same value and similar style would be offered.
